RESOLUTION N0. 2056
IN THE MATTER UF THE IR�PROVEI�ENT OF OTIS STRFET,
ET AL. RESOLUTION DZRECTING PREPARATI01`I OF DEBT
LI�IITATION REPORT.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood doea hereby
resolve as follows:
(1) That the public intereet, convenience and neceasity
require and the City Council of the City of Lynwood propoaes to
inatitute proceedings for the improvement hereinafter set forth.
(2) That the general nature, location and extent of such
proposed improvement is as followa: The construction of cement con-
crete curbs, cement concrete sidewalka and cement concrete gutters
in certain portions of the following streets and ayenues including
portions of intersecting etreete and alleys:
CTZS STR
between the center line of Imperial Higha�ay and the center line
of Abbott Road,
_ McNERNEY AVENUE
between the center line of Imperial Highway and the northerly line

48 of b4apa, Records of Los Angeles County, California, '
FRACAR AVENUE
between the center line of Imperial Highway and the easterly prolon-
gation of the northerly line of TracL No. 11689 as ahown on map re-
corded in Book 211, Pages 47 and 48 of Mapa, Recorde of Los Aneeles
County, California.
�YASHINGTON AVENUE
between the center line of Pendleton Avenue and the center line of
Abbott Road, and
PINE AVENUE
between the center line of Pendleton Avenue and the center line of
Abbott Road.
(3) It is hereby determined that no�part of the cost or
expense of said work or improvenent is to be paid by said City oP
Lynwood. , ,

(4) It is hereby further determined that the City
Council of the City.oP Lynwood adopts this resolution under and
in accordance with 3ection 4 of the Streets and Highways Code of
the 3tate of California which is known as the Speclal Asaessment
Investigation, Limitation and Majority Proteat Act of 1931, ae
amended. It is hereby furtrer determined that said City Council
proposes to conduct the proceedinga for said proposed work or
improvement under an act oP the leg�islature of the State of Calif-
ornia known and designated as the "Improvement Act of 1911" as
amended.
(5) The boundary or extent of the assesament dietrict �
to be assessed to pey the costa and expenses of said improvement
is shovan on Plan No. 1947-A, on file in the office oP the City Clerk
of said city which map ehall govern for all details as to the extent
of eaid assessment district:
(6) Thxt the City Engineer be and he is hereby directed
to prepare and deliver to said City Council a written report cover-
ing eaid work or improvement in accordance with the provisions of
eaid "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Ma�ority
Protest Act of 1931", as amended.
