RESOLUTION N0. 2057 .
RESOLUTION OF ORDER OF VACATION FOR FIRST -
ALLEY WE�TERLY OF CARESS STREET� IN THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD.
NtHEREAS, the City Council of the City oP Lynwood did, on
the 14th day of August, 1947, paas its Resolution oP Interition
declaring its intention to vacate the first alley westerly of
Caresa Street, and
4VHEREAS, said Resolution waa publiahed and notice of
street vacation was poated in the time, form and manner required by
law, and
WHERF.P.�9, a full - and impa.rtial hearing was held on the 2nd
day of September, 1947, coverin� all the mattera deacribed in said
Resolution of Intention, and �
WHEftEA3, no protests or ob�ections were made at said '
hearing to said propoaed vacation, � .
" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council_of the
" City oP Lynwood, as followa:
Section ls That tha.t portion of the first alley westerly
�� of Caress Street lying between the southerly line of Virginia Avenue
and the easterly prolon�ation of the southerly line of Lot 14 of

or proepective public uee and it is hereb ordered that said aven

be vacated and abandoned, sub,ject to the provisions of 3ection 2.
Section 2: That the City of Lynwood hereby reaerves an
easement in, upon, over and acrosa said alley above described for
the.purpose of operating, constructin� and/or maintainin� public
utilitiea tnerein.
Section 3: That the City Clerk shall cauae a certified
