A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF
LYN440UD APPROUING REPORT OF CITY ENGINEER AND'
FIXING TI�iE OF HEARING IN THE �1'fATTER OF THE PRO-
' P09ED II�PROVE�nENT OF OTIS STREET, ET AL, IN TfiE
CITY OF LYNWOOD
RESOLliTION APPROVING REPOFcT AND FIXING TIME OF
HEARING
The City Council of the City of Lynwood doea hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to-:vit: the
construction of cement concrete curbs, cement conerete sideuvalks,
cement cnncrete gutters, and cement concrete driveways together with
appurtenant work in OTIS STREET, MC MFRISEY AVN.�'JUE, FRACAR AVEDlCTE,
- WASHINGTON AVENITE AND PINE AVENUE includin� portions of intersecting
streets, has been prepared by the City Engineer and delivered to the
City Council of the City of Lynwood, as provided in Division 4 of
the Streets and Highways Code, ci�ted as the °Special Asaeasment,
Limitation and Ma,jority Protest Act of 1931" as amended, as directed
" by sai�`City Council at ita regulAr meeting held on August 19, 1947.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
approve said report and ordera that said report be filed with the City
,
Glerk.
2. That the City Council hereby fixes the 7th day of October
1947, at the hour of 8:Q0 o'clock P. M. as the day and hour, and the
Council Cha.mber of the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, in the City of
Lynwood, California, as the place when and where any and all persons
interested may appear beYore said City Council and be heard on any
matter pertaining to said report.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby ordered to give the notice
preacribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code rePerred
