CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2012-20
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF ASSOCIATE
PLANNER DALE COONEY
WHEREAS, Dale Cooney is currently employed as the part-time temporary Associate
Planner by the city of Medina; and
WHEREAS, on March 15, 2012, Dale Cooney submitted a letter of resignation from his
position addressed to the City Administrator; and
WHEREAS, Dale Cooney's resignation from his position shall become effective on March
30, 2012.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
Dale Cooney's letter of resignation is hereby accepted with gratitude for a job well done.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Martinson, Pederson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
