expenditure of the 1�4 cent gas tax for the fiscal year 19l�8 allocated for
streets of major importance otYier than 5tate highvuays in the City of Lynrrood; and

is £amiliar r•rith the contents thereof;

that said project statement be and it is nereby adopted as the budget of
proposed e,�enditures of the 1�l� cent gas,ta3c allocated for stree� of major
impox•tance other than State hightivays, and said agreement be and the same is
hereby approved and the 1Gayor and the City Clerk are clirected to sign the same
on behalf oi said City, said agreement to be binding upon the City upon its
esecution by the authorized officials o£ the State.
