By starting early in October we should be able to save on part of the jobsitc operating overhead assigned to the Community Center in that the Fire Station will still be under construction through December and the Administration and Police Building will still be under construction through May. Also, we have been experiencing price escalations of between 3 % and 5% per year throughout the construction industry which an early start should mitigate. Taking both of these issues into considerations, we anticipate that the savings would range between 5225,000.00 and 5250,000.00.
