RnSOLUTION OF ORDER OF' VACATIOI� FOR CERTP.IN
PORTIONS OF THE FIkST ALLEY NORTHERLY OF
PLATT AVENUE IN THE CITY OF LYNV�OOD. _
F�HEREAS, the City �;ouncil of the City oP Lynwood, did
� on the 16th day of 3eptember, 194?, pass its Reaolution of
Intention declaring• its intention to vacate certain.portio�a
of the first alley northerly of Platt Avenue, and�
WHEP.EAS, eaid was publiahed and notice of
atreet vacation was poated in the time, form and manner required
by lae, and _
P/HEREAS, a full and impartial hearing was held on the
7th day of October, 1947, covering all the matters deacribed in -
said Resolution of Intention, and

WHEREAS, no proteats or ob,�ections were made at said
hearing to said proposed vacation,
NOtV THEREFORE, 'BE IT RE50LVED by the City Council of ,
the City of Lynwood, as followa: .
3ection 1: That that portion of the first alley north-
erly of Flatt avenue lying between the northerly pro].ongation of
the easterly and westerly lines of Lot 1201 of Tract No.3355 as
ehown on map recorded in Book 36, Page 42, "of Maps, Records of
Loe Angeles Coun�ty, C alifornia, within the corporate limtts of
the City of Lynwood, California, is unnecessary for present or
prospective public use and it is hereby ordered that sa.id alley
be vacated and abandoned, subJect to the provisions oP Section 2.
Section 2: That the City of Lynwood hereby reservea
an easement in, upon, over and acroas said porbion of said a11ey
above deacribed for the purpoae of operating, constructin� and/or -
maintaining public utilities therein.
�Section 3: That the City Clerk �hall cauae a certified
copy of said order to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of ss.id County,
� PASSED and ADUPTED this 7th day of October, 1947. �
