A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF JUNE 21, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
FOR THE FY 2021-2022 BUDGET AMENDMENT
Whereas, The City recognizes that there should be a budget amendment to update the
necessary revenues and expenses that have transpired in FY 2021-2022 that were not
originally planned;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
setting a public hearing date for June 21, 2022, for the Budget Amendment.
On the 7th day of June, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Orris introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2022-052, A RESOLUTION
SETTING THE DATE OF JUNE 21, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE
FY 2021-2022 BUDGET AMENDMENT and made a motion for approval. Motion
seconded by Councilperson Schnedler.
Ayes: Havens, Orris, Olney, Limkemann, Schnedler.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2022-052, A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE
OF JUNE 21, 2022, FOR A PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR THE FY 2021-2022
BUDGET AMENDMENT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by
affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 7th day of June, 2022.
