A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA
Whereas, there are currently two open positions on the Zoning Board of Adjustment;
and,
Whereas, with the approval of Resolution 2022-054, one of those positions was filled
still leaving one open position; and,
Whereas, the City needs to comply with gender equality requirements to the best of its
ability,
Now, therefore be it resolved, that the City Council is appointing Travis Whitmore to
fill the open position on the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
On this 7th day of June, 2022, at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Schnedler introduced RESOLUTION 2022-055, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MEMBER FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA and made a motion for approval. The
motion was seconded by Councilperson Limkemann.
Ayes: Limkemann, Schnedler, Havens, Orris, Olney.
Nays: None.
Absent: None.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the RESOLUTION NO. 2022-055, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
APPOINTMENT OF A ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEMBER FOR THE CITY
OF TIFFIN, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his
signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 7th day of June, 2022.
