RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAN3, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSIviENT DISTRICT FOR THE SMPROVIIt2EATT
OF OTIS STREST, ET AL.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby re-
solve as followa:
Section 1: Tha.t Plans,and Specifications No. 1947-B
Yor the improvement of Ot1s Street, McNerney Avenue, Fracar Avenue,
Elm Avenue, and Washington Avenue as prepared and eubmitted by the
City Engineer of said City this 7th day of October, 1947, be and
the same a.re hereb,y adopted as the officia.l plans and specifications
for doing said work and making said improvement. 5aid plans and
specificationa ehall govern for all details of the propoaed work.
Section 2: Th�zt the map or plat marked Plan No. 1947-A
showing the district of lands to be benefited by and to be asseased
to pay the costa and expenses of said work, or improvement, be and.
the same is hereby adopted as the official map of the "Assessment
District" for said �vork or improvement.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this '7th day of October, 1947.
