RESOLUTIUN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CSTY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVIPdG I�IEI�40RANDUiVt OF AGREEMENT FOR .
EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CE1vT GAS TAX ALI�OCATED FOR
STATE HIGHVlAYS.
4VHERE.AS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented
to be entered into with the state of Califcrnia in accordance
with a project staternent for expenditure of the 1/4 cent �as tax
for the fiacal year 1948 allocated for State Highways in the C2ty
of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement
in full and is familiar ivith the cantents thereof;
THEFtEFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood tha.t said agreement covering proposed expenditures
. of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for State highways be and the
same is hereby adopted and approved and the A4ayor a.nd City Clerk
are directed to sign the sarne on behalf of said City, said agree-
ment to be binding unon the City upon its exeeution by the auth-
orized oPficials of the State.
