RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNVJOOD APPROVII��G P,�EIi�tORANDU?!? QF AGREE14FidT FUR
EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CEIQT GAS TAX ALLOCATEA �'OR
STREETS OF P:'fAJOR INIPORTANCE. � �
WHEREAS, a memorandum of aoreement has been presented to I
be entered into v�ith the State.of Callfornia in accordance with a
pro�ect statement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax for the
Yiacal year 1948 allocated for streets of ma,Jor impertance other
tha.n State Highwaye in the City of Lynwood; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof; ,
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Lynviood that said memorandum of agreement covering proposed
expenditures of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for streets of .
ma�or importance other than State Fiighways, be �nd the same is
hereby adopted and approved and the M�yor and. the City Clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said agreement
to be binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized
o££icials of the 9tate.
