Be it resolved by the CiEy Council of the City of Lyn-
woo3, Cali£ornia, as _F011o�vs:

WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit,y of Lynwood has
heretofore, on tkie 6th _ day of _February _, 194� ac-
cepted the offer of L. A. EvanB and Dorothy Evans, husband
and wife as �oint tenanta,. �
for the-purchase of all of the right, title and interest oY
• the City of Lynuiood in and to certain lands lying uJithin
said City;
' NOW, THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follotivs:
. SeCtion l, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said L. A. Evans and Dorothy Evana, husband and wife
as �oint tenants,
�aid prop�rY,y tierelnaPter �escribed, sub,Ject to cond.itions;
. restrictions, reservations and ea.sements.of record�. •
That the. City shall convey to saici purchaser no other
, or greater title to said lands than has been acquired'by
said City.
Section,2. That upon payment to the.City of LynV�ood of
the sum of One Thousand One Hundred Twenty-five and no/100 Aollars,
(�1,126.00)the P�Iayor of t17e City of Lynwood is auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of ce�-
rain land herelnaf deseribed, coaveying the same a� above
spegified to L. A. Evans and Dorothy Evans, husband and wife

Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix �he City seal of t�e City of Lynwood
thereto on beh�lf of the said City of Lynw.�ood.

eserow agreement neceseary to eomplete the tranefer of said
