RESOLUTION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE

� Se it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
uiood, California, as fo}.lows:
R'HEREAS, the City Council of the Cit,y of Lvnwood has
heretofore, on the 6th day of _ Februar.y , 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Marlem R. Mason and Helen M. Mason,
husband and wife as Joint tenants,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest oP
�he City of Lynwood in and to cert�in lands`lying within
sald C1ty;
NOW, THE;REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
�vood does hereby resolve, dete.mine and order as follows:
Sectlon l, That the City of Lynwood shall conve�� to
the- said N!arlem R. Mason and Helen Dq, r,iason, husband and
wife as �oint tenants,
said pro�erty•hereinafter described, sub3ect to conditions,
restriction�, re;,erva'tions and easements of record.
� That the City shall convey to 9aid pur.chaser no other
or greater title to said lands than hae been acquired by
said City, �
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynvrood of
the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy-five and no/100 Dollara (�975.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conVeyanee of cer-
tain land hereinafter described� conveying the same as above
specified to Marlem R. ll4ason and Helen M. Mason, husband and
wife as ,joint tenants,

on behalf of the sflYd City of Lynwood. and that the City
Clerk of s�id L"ity ie hereby authorized to attest said ,
dee.d and to �fflx the Gity seal of the City of Lynwnod
