Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
Mood; California, as Pollows:
, VJHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of L,y_nwood has
heretofore, on the' 17th day of October ,�,gg4 a�_
'. oepLed the offer of Richard Frank Dieter and Dovie Belle
Dieter, husband and wife as ,�oint tenants,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest oP
' the City of Lynu�ood'in and to.certain lands lying within
said.City;
NOW, THE:RPF'ORE, the Oit,y Council`af the CSty of Lyn-
, it�ood doea hereby resolve, deterinine anct order as follows;
Section li That the City of Lynwood ahall convey to�
the�said Richard Frank Dieter and Dovie Belle Dieter,
husband and wife as �oint tenants,
said property kir�reinafter described, sub,�ect to condit3ons,
re�trictions, reservstions and easements of record.
�• That the City snall conve,y to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lande than has been acquired by
said C1ty. �
Sectian 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynvioqd of
the sum of 8even Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars (9�750.00)
the Mayor of -the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter desoribed, conveying the same a� above
�pecified to Richard Frank Dieter and Dovie Belle Dieter,
husband�and wife as �oint tenant8�

Cle�k of s�id City i� hereby authorized to attect said
deed and to a.ffix the City seA1 of the City of Lynwood
