, Be it resolved�by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
woad, California, as Follows:
� WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit�r of Lynwood has

cepted the offer of Arthur C.� Wright, a married man;�

for the purchase of all of the.right, title and interes.0 oP
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying withln� "

wood does hereby resolve, determine and order.as followst
Section,l,; That the City of i�ynwood.shall convey-to

said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record..
'Fhat the,City snall convey to said purchaser no�other

said City,
