Be 3t resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-

�rood, California, as follnws:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 18th day of _April 1944 ac-

cepted the offer of W. 0. DeBusk, a widower,
for the purchase of all of the rlght, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City; '
NOW, THE;R�FORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
tivood does hereby resolve, determine.and order as follows;
Section l,, That the City of Lynwood.shall convey to
the said W. 0. DeBusk, a widower,
said �roperty hereSnafter described, sub�ect to conditions, .
restrictions, reservations and easements of record..,
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or �reater title to said landa than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2, That upon peyment to the Cit,y of Lynti^rood of
the.sum of Two Hundred and no/100 Dollara ($200,00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hei�eby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the sAme as above
specified to W. O. DeBuek, a widower,

on behalf of the said Gity of Lynwood, and that the City
Clelk of said Clty is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to afflx Lhe City seal of the Cit,y.of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the saii� City of I,yma�ood. .
Seeticn 3. Th�t the NIayor r�n3 City C1erk of sald Cit,y,
on behalf.of se.id City, are hereby authorized to e1Qn any .
escrow a(;reement necessary to complete the tran�fer of said
land �, ,
5ection 4. 'That the City C1erk oI said City is autilor-
ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behc+lf of the said Cit,v of Lyni��ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that the s�id consideration shal2 have been pAid to
said City,
