TfiEREI N. � Be it resoTved by the City Council of the City of Lyn- wood, California, as follows: - WHERLAS, the City Council of the City of Lynv�ood has heretofore, on the 6th day of March, 1945, accepted the offer of the respective record owners of 'the real property hereinafter described in severalty and upon the same tenure as their respective - interests appear oP record in the office of the Recorder of Los Angeles County, Califorr�a, for the purchase of all of the right, , title and interest of the City of Lynuiood in and to certain lands lying ; within said City; IeOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City oP Lyn- wood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follov�s: 8ection 1. That the City of Lynwood shall ccnvey to the said parties said property hereinafter de�cribed, sub,ject to ' conditions, reatrictions, reservations and easementa of record. That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by said City, • Section 2. That upon oayment to the City of Lynwood of the sum oP�One and no/100 Dollars, (�1.00); the Mayor of the City of Lynvaood is hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of certain 7_and hereinafter deseribed, conveying the same as above specified to said parties, on behalf of the said City oY Lynwood, and',that the City Clerk oP sa_id City is hereby ' authorized to attest said deed and to affix the City seal of the City of Lyn�vood theretoo on behalf_of the said City of Lynwood. _1- Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk of said City, on behalf of said City, are hereby authorized to sign any escrow agreement necessary to complete the transfer of said lands. ' Section 4.
