Home My Public Portal About1781 (03-06-45) RESOLUTION N0. i78i RESOLUTIUN SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE AND AUTHORIZING THE FJ{ECuTION OF A DEED , UPON PAYN[ENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMED THEFtEIN. � Be it resolved by the City.Council of the City of Lyn- wood, California., as followa: 'NHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has heretofore, on the 6th day of March, 1945, accepted the offer of the respective record owners of the real,property hereinafter described in severalt,y and upon the same tenure ss tYieir respective interests appear of record in the office of the Recorder of Los " Ang•eles County, California., for the purchase of all o£ the right, • title and interest of the City of L,ynwood in and to certain lands ' lying within said City; PdOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn- wood does hereby reaolve, determine and order as follo�us: Section 1. Thet the City of Lynwood shall convey to the said parties said property hereinafter described, sub,ject to conditions, restrictions, reservationa and easements of record. .
