. Be it resolved by the City Counci� of.the City of Lyn-

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynvaood has
heretofore, on the 7th day of March �_, 194� ac»

fox the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood �.n and to certain lands lying within

tivood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows;
Section 1. That the-City of Lynwood sha11 convey to
the said w. G. Nagee and Katie Magee, husband and wife as

said property hereinafter deacribed, sub�ect to conditions,
restrictions, recervatioria and easements of record.

the sum of Thrne Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�300.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwoad is hereby auth-

tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a� above
