Be it resolved by the City,Covncil of the City of Lynvacod,
Galifornia, as folloc��s:
" �?�T�EREAS, Said City Council did, on the` ?Oth da.y of February
1945, adopt its R.esolution of Intention No. 1770 to order
the improvement of that property in Tra.ct 11862, B�oeka °P° �
and '�B", records of Los Angeles County particularly bounded on
Bu11is Road on the d7eat, Ernestine Avenue on the East, Nlalnut
Avenue on the South, and. the property line 149.23 feet north of
Platt Avenue on the North, by constructing curbs, gutters and
sideu�alks competely around said Block ��B�' and from the aforesaid
, North Property line around Block ��A��, alon� one side of Bu]_lis Road,
: 1Va.lnut Averiue and Ernestine Avenue and on both sides of Platt
Ave rnze tivith.in the above described boundary; and
Vi'HEREAS� Tuesday the 20th day nf Ddarch, 1945, et the hour
of 8:OOo!clock P.I�rt. at the Council ChamY,er in the City Hall, in
said City of LYnwood, tiva.s the time a.nd place set in said Reso-
lution of Intention, u�hen and �vhere any ob,jections to the pro-
i�osed work, or impr,ovement, or to the extent of the' district to
be assessed, or th the grades to which the work was proposed to ',
be @one v�ould be neard by eaid City Council; a.nd

�JHEREAS, the Cit,y Clerk ha_s heretofore presented and filed
an a.ffidavit of publica.tion of said Resolution of Intention,
showin� that the same was publiahed a_ccording•tola�; and
4NHEREAS, said City Clerk has also presented and filed his
affidavit of ma.iling notices of the a.doption of said R.esolution .

of Intention in the time, form and manner, and to the p.ersona,
all as provided in the "Improvement Act of 1911,'� as amended; and
�NHEREAS, the City Engineer--Superintendent of Streets has
heretofore presented and filed an affidavit showing th2t notices
of the nassa.ge of said Reaolution of Intention have been posted
in the manner provided by said "Improvement Act of 1911," as
amended; and
tiNHL�'REAS, no further written proteate were filed.and no
oral protests were made at the said time and place of hearing.
