AND.AUTHORZZTNG THE EXECUTION OF A DEEll �

Be it resolyed by .the�City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHERF.AS, .the City Council of the Cl=ty of Lyriwood has

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Couricil of the City of Lyn-
wo0d does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
Seotion 1. That the Clty of.Lynwood shall convey to
the said Allen R. Floyd and Fern A, Floyd, husband and wife
as ,joint tenanta,
said �roperty hereinafter deacribed; subSect to conditions;
restrlctions, reservations and easements of record:
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater ti to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,:
� � SectYon 2. That.upon p�yment to the City of Lynwood'of
the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 Dollars
(�1,500.00) the P�ayor of tize City� of Lynwood is hereby autri-
orized and directed:to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
� tain land hereYnafter descrLbed, conveying the sAme as above
specified to.Allen R. Floyd and Fern A. Floyd, huaband and
