CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2012-30
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM LICA
WHEREAS, LICA (The Lake Independence Community Association) has generously
offered to donate $1,000 (the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the City's Municipal Park Fund to be
used to install a gate and signage at Lakeshore Park; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to LICA
for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks LICA.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Siitari
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Pederson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same: (Absent: Martinson)
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
