Be it resolved by the City Council bf the City af Lyn-
uiood, Callfornia, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of' Lvnvrood has

Stetzenmeyer,
for the purchase of:all of the rSght, title and interest of

NOW,•THE:REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
_ �vood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
.' Sectio�i �., That the Ci.ty�of Lynwood,shall convey to
the__said Joveph F. Stetzenmeyer and/or EYnma Stetzenmeyer, -_ ..
said property }lereinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,,
restrictians, recervQtions and easements of record.
That the City.shall cotivey to said purchaser no.other
or �reeter title to said lands than h�s been acquired by

3ection 2, That upon payment".to the Cit,y of Lynviood of
the sum of Two Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars (,�250.00)

orized and directed to execute a deed of eonveyance of cer-
tain l�nd hereinafter,descrSbed, conveying the same a� above
speclfied to Joeeph F. Stetzenmeyer and�or Emma 8tetzenmeyer,

Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
- deed and to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwood '
