Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
uioo3, California, as follows:
WHERFAS, the City Council of tne Cit,y of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 6th d�y af March , 194 ac-
cepted the offer of William 7astrow and INalter Zastrow �
for the purchase of all of the right, title and lntereat of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
-NOW, THE:REFOAE, the.City Council of the City of Lyn-
�vood does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
5ection 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said William Zastro�v and Walter Zastrow
said �roperty liereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restrictionc, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purChaser no other
or greater title to said lands than h�s been acquired by
said City.
5eation 2. That upon payment to the Cit,y of Lynr��ood of
the sum of Four Hundred and no/100 Dollara (9�400.00)
the Jdayor of tlie City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed'to execute a deed of conveya.nce o#' cer-
taln land hereina£ter desbri'bed, conveying the :same a3 above
specified to William Zastrow and �Nalter Zastrow

thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynv��ood,
Section 3. Tk��.t the N:ayor and Citv Clerk of said Git,y,
on behalf of se,id C3.ty, are h�reby authorized to �ign any
escrow agreement necess:�ry to complete the tr3nsfer of said
lt�nds.
Section 4. 'Phat the City Clerk oi said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to the mrantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Citv of Lynv.�ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that tile s�icl consideration shall have been paid to
said City,
' Sectioti 5. The property conveyed by this agreement is
desc� ibed as follov��s, to v�it:
� R�est 20 feet of the East 60 feet of Lot 47 and the
North 50 feet of the East 40 feet of Lot 47, and
Lot 48, ���T the Souxh 130 feet thereoP, of Tract
2551, in the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 24,
Pa�es 78 to 80 inclusive of I�4aps in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
