RESOLUTiON SELLING CF:RTAIN REAL ESTATE
AND AUTHOh:'LING THE EXECUTZUN OF A DEFll �
UPON PAYNIENT OF THE CONSIDERATION NAMED
THEREI�. .
Be it resolved by .the City Council of the City of Lyn- I
� urood, California, as follows;
WHF.REAS, the City Council of the City of.Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 20Lh day of _ M�'ch , 194 5 ac-
cepted the offer of Lynn W. Bryan
for the parchase of all of the right, title and Sntereat of�
the City of Lynwood.in and to bertain lands lying.within
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the, City �Council of the City of Lyn-
iyood doas hereby resolve, determine and order as followst
Section I. .That the City of Lynwqod ,shall convey to
. the.said Lynn W. Bryan
eaid property h�,reinafter described, sub�ect to conditions,
restriction�, reservations and easement� of record.
That the City ehall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquire�l by
said City, �
Section 2, That upon payment to the Cit,y of LynU�ood of
the sum of Three Hundred Fifty and no/100 Dollars ($350.00)
the Mayor of the City.of Lynwood is hereby auth-
, orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of
tain le.nd hereinafter.&escribed,.conveying the same as above
specified to Lynn W. Bryan,
