RESOLUTION SELLING�CERTAIN REAL ESTA'PE
AND AUTHORI'LING THE EXECUTION OF ,4,DEFD
UPON PAYIviENT OF THE CON5IDERATION NAMED
THEREIN:
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of.Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City CouncSl of Lhe City of.Lynwood has
heretofore, on �he 6th day of June. ,.7,944 ,a�-.
cepted the offer of Elmer Luther and Vir@;inia Luther,
husband and. wife as ,Joint tenanta,
for` the purchase of all of the right, title and interest cif
the City of LynNiood and to certain land3 lying Urithiri `
sald City;
NOW, THE:R�FORE; the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
�vood doe� hereby resolve, determine and order as follows:
' Section 1. That the-City'of Lynwood shall. conve3r to
,• the said Elmer Luther and Virginia Luther, husband and wife.-
as ,joint tenants, �
said property hereinafter described, subject to conditions,
restriction�, re�ervations and ea�ements of record,
That the City snall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquirecl by
said City,
Section 2. That upon pfayment to the Cit,y of LynUrood of
� the sum of F'our Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�400.00)
the Mayor of.the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute.a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land•hereinafter deseribed, oonveying the �ame a� above
specified to`Elmer Luther and Vir�inia Luther, husband and wife
as joint tenants,
