Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lync�ood,
California, as follov�s:
V1riEREAS, the City of L•ynwood did on the 16th day of Iriarch,
1943, and on the lOth day of August, 1943, enter into an Agreement
iwith the County of Los Angeles for the purchase of tax deeded pro-
perty in the City of Lynwood under the provisions of Division l,
Part 6,'Chapter S, Article 1 and 2 of the Revenue and Taxation
Code of the State of California, as amended, and
tF�f3EREAS, the City of Lynwood have sold the properties des-
cr•ibed beloi9,
