Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows: �
WHEREA5, the Qit,y Council of the Gity of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 20th day of �March , 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Lee Anderson and: Florence Anderson,.
for,the purchase of a11 of the right, title and interest.oY
the City of Lynwoocl in and to certain lands lying within

NOW, THEREFORE the Cit,y Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doe� hereUy resolve, 3etermine and order as follows:
' Seotion l. That the City of Lyntivood shall convey to
the said Lee Anderson and Florence And_erson
said pnoperty hereinafter described, sub,JecL to conditions,
re3trlctionc, recervations and easements of record.
That the`City ahall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of Lyntivood af
the sum of Four Hundred Sixty and no/100 Dollars_(�460,00)
the Mayor of trie CSty of Lynwood is hereby auth-
� orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
� tairi land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
