A regular meeting of the Town Commission of the Town of Gulf
Stream was held on April 28,1943.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on March 9th,1943
were read and approved.
A Copy of a new proposed Charter Act was read and approved
and Town Clerk Bauer was instructed to notify C.Y.Byrd, Town
Attorney to present same at first opportunity to the Legis-
lature at Tallahassee, Florida.
The resolution peared at a meeting held December 2nd,1942
stating that the Commissioners may meet on any day of the month
provided at least one meeting a month was held, was this day
rescinded.
The Commissioners Resolved that they meet on the first VeOnebday
in each month.
At the meeting held on March 9,1943 the Commissioners approved
the investment of Town Funds in the purchase of $2000.00 . "nr
Bonds. Acting upon advice received, the Commissioners this day
rescinded the above approval and voted to keep the money on
deposit in the Benk.
There being no further business to cooe before the Commission,
the meeting regularly adjourned.
