Be it resolved by tkie City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the CiT,y of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 20th day of r4arch _, 194 5 ac-
� cepted Che offer of T. C. Wilson and Sally B. Wilson,
husband and wife as ,joint tenants,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest oP
the City of Lynwoocl in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, TH�REFORE, the City .Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby resolve, dete.^mine and order as follows:
Section 1, That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said T. C. Wilson and Sal.ly B. PJilson, husband and wife
as ,joint.tena.nts,
eaid property hereinafter described, sub,�ect to conditions,
restriction�, reservations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser r.o other
or greater title to said lands than hao been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynviood of
the sum of One Hundred Fifty a.nd no/100 Doll.ara (�150.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyan^e of cer-
tiai.ii land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to T. C. Wilson and Sally B. Wilson, husband and
wife as ,joint tenants,

Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City seA1 of the Gity of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the sa3� Gity of LynV�ood,
Section 3, Th?t the Mayor and City Clerk of said City,
on b�ha.lf of sald City, are hereby aiathorized to eign any .
escr.ow agr,eement necess�ry to complete the tranSf.er of said .

ized to deliver said deed to the grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Cit,r� oP Lyne!ood� as soon as, or upori c�n-
dition tYiat the said consideration shall have been paid to
