A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYN'vV00D, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTINC> fiID
� FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
That�the City of Lynwoo&, California desires to sell
the City-owned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the
ptzrpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes �nd assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land:
THEREFOP� bE IT RESOLVED, that the �vritten bid of
Arthur E. Krenelka and Rubie J. Krenelka, as �oint tenAnta,
now on file with the City Cl.erk of the Cit,y of Lynu�ood, wherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon the partial payment plan and' which bid was in all
respeats made in accordance ��!ith the provisions of Resolution No.
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and which bid h�as publicly opened by
; the C�ty Clerk at a-__=------regule,r meeting of the City Council,
upon the 3rd day of April ___ lgq5 , is the highest and�
best bSd for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid are as follows, to v�it:
Lot 37, Block 5, Mod�eska Park, as per map recorded in
Book 9, P�ges 142 and 143, of P.4apa, Recorde of Los
Angelea County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of �175.00 payable $17.50 accom-
,
panyin� bid, and �39.37 per month plus interest until fully paid.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interes'c
of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said '
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid:
NOW THEF,EFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lynvaood, California are hereby expressly authorized
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynvrood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the a.uthority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
