A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, REQUESTING AN
EXTENBION OF OPTION AGREII�dENT IN CON_
NECTION PTITH PURCHASE OF TAX DEEDED
PROPERTIES.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood did on the 16th day of H�farch
1943, enter into an agreement a:ith the County of Los Angeles to
purchase certain tax deeded lote under Chapter 294, designsted
as applictztion No. 159, and �
PIHEREAS, subaequent thereto, to wit; on June 3, 1943,
the County of Loa Angeles issued�it's tax deed to the City of
Lyn�vood, covering the propertiea included in said agreement, and
WHEREAS, acoording to the a$greement, it will be necessary
for the City oY Lynrvood to reconvey any parcela unsold after June
3, 1945, back to the County of Loa Angeles, and
BJHEREAS, the City of Lyntivood has not sold all of the
propertiea in question.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Honorable Board
of Supervismrs oP Los Angeles County be,,and they are hereby
requested to, extend the said option for a period of one ysar
from June 3, 1945, so that the City of Lynwood may complete the
salling of said propertiea and coaveying them to the purchasera thereof.
BE IT FU�THER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk ahall certify
to tne adoption of this Resolution and cause five (5) certified
�opies thereof to be mailed to the Honorable Board of Supervisors
of Loe Angeles County.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED thia 17th day of April, 1945.
