RESOLUTION'N0,
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDED
REAL PROPERTY.
The City.Council of the City of Lynwood; California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
Tha.t the City of Lymuood, California desires to sell
the City-owned tax deede"d property hereinafter described for'the
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls and liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes and assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said land:
THEREFORE bE IT RESOLVED, that the vrritten bid of
Dolph F. Wagenhauser, a eingle man,
now on file with the City Clerk of the Clty of L,ynwood, wherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter
described upon the partial payment plan and which bid tivas in all
respects made in accordance �+rith the provisions of Resolution No.
� 1487 of the City of Lynwood, and tivhich bid u�as publicly opened by
the City Clerk at a=_ ---regular meeting of the City Council,
upon the 3rd day of April 1945 , is the highest and
best bid for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid are as follows, to v�it:
Lot 18, Tract 921, as per map recorded in Book 18,
Pagea 106 and 107, of n4aps, Records of Los Angeles
County, Ca].ifornia.
BE IT FURTHEH RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of �275.00 , pa,yable $�27.50 accom-
panyin� bid, and 9$61.80, or more, on the 15th day of each month
beginning on the 15th day of May, 1945, and continuing until
Pully paid, plus 7� interest per annum, °

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best in'teres't
of the people of the City of Lynwood, California, to sell said
lands to said bidder for said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid: .
NOSN THEREFORE, it is further resolved, that the said
bld for said lands is hereby accepted and the It4ayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lynwood, CalSfornia are hereby expressly authorized
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynvrood,
Callfornia, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
purchaser in accordance with a.nd by virtue of the authority in-
vested in them so to do in Resolutlon No. 1487.
