A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ^1HE
CITY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BID
FOR THE PURCHASE OF CITY OWNED TAX DEEDEp
. ` REAL PROPERTY, �
_ The City Council of the City of Lynwood, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
That the City of Lynwood, California desires to'sell
, the City-owned tax deeded property hereinafter described for the.
purpose of getting said property back on the tax rolls an`d liqui-
dating so far as possible the existing taxes �nd assessment en-
cumbrances of record now on said landt
THEREFORE bE IT RESOLVED, that the written bid of
Frank Limber, a married man,
now on file with the City Clerk of the City of Lynv��ood, �vherein
the bidder offers to purchase the tax deeded property hereinafter.
� described upon the partial payment plan and which bid was in all
• respec:ts made in accordance b�aith the provisions of Resolution No.
1487 of the City of Lynwood, and w7iich bid N�as publicl,y opened by
the Cgty Clerk at a_-- - regular meeting of the City Council,
upon the 17th day of Abrll ___ 194�, is the highest and
- best bSd for the sale of said lands. That said lands described
in said bid a.re as follotius, to wit:
Lots 87, 88, 89 and 90, Licensed.Surveyor�s Map, as
per.map recorded in Book 16, Page 37, of Maps, Re-
cords oP Los Angelee County, California.
$E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the purchase price offered
for said lands is in the sum of �850.00 , payable �fi85.00 accom�
panying bid, and �562,75, or more, on the 15th day of each month
be�inning on the 15th day oP May, 1945, and continuing'until
- �'fully paid, plus interest at 7�fo per annum.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is for the best interesc
of the people of the CitY of Lynwood, Ca.lifornia, to sell said
lands to said bidder £or said purchase price in accordanoe with
the terms of said bid:
NOP/ THEP.EFORE� it is further resolved, that the said
bid for said lands is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk
of the City of Lynvaood, Callfornia are hereby expressly authorized
to execute in duplicate, on behalf of the said City of Lynwood,
California, a written contract for the sale of said lands to said
• purchaser in accordance with and by virtue of the a.uthority Sn-
vested in them so to do in Resolution No. 1487.
