AND AU't'hORI'LING THE EXECUTION OF A DEEll

Se it resolved by the City Councll of the C1ty of Lyn-
µiood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 20th day of March , 1945 ac-.
cepted the offer of William H. ZastroN and Theresa W.
Zastrov� his wife and Walter H. Zastrow and Marguerite L.
Zastrow his wife all as ,Joint tenants with righta of
Survivorship.
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lyriwoo3 in and �o certain lands lying within
sald City; �
NOW, THEREFORE, the City .Council of the City of Lyn-
tivood does hereby resolve� determine and order as follows:
Seetion 1, That the City of Lynwood shall conveV to
the said PJilliam H. Zastrow and Theresa W. Zastrow his wife
and lvalter H. Za.etrow and Marguerite L. 7astroiu his wife
• all as ,Joint tenanta with rights of eurvivorahip,
Said property hF,reinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restriction�, re�ervations and easements oP record.
That the City snall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater tltle to said lands than has been acquired by
saSd City,
Section 2. That upon p�yment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Six Hundred Thirty-eix and no/100 Dollars ($�636.00)
the Pviayor of the City of Lynwood Ss hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same as above
specified to w'1111am H. Zastrow and Theresa W. Zastrow his
wife and Walter H. Zastrow and I�arguerite L., Zastrow hia
wife all as ,Joint tenants ivith rights of survivorship,

on beh�lf of the eaid C�ty of Lynwood, and t11at tk�e Citv
blerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City 6E^1 of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the sttid City of Lyma�ood.
Section 3. Th�t the M�yor and City Clerk of said City,
on behalf of sald City, are hereby authorized to sign any .
eacrow agreement necessa.ry to complete the transPer of saia
land�.
5ection 4, That the Gity C1e^k of said City i� author.-
ized to deliver �aid deed to th� grantee therein named, on
behalf of the said City of Lyn�vood, as soon as, or upon con-
@ition that the s�id consideration shall have been paid to
