Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lvn-
wood, California, as follows: ,
VtHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 18th day of January , 1944 ac-
cepted the offer of Lynwood Woman's Club,
for the purcl�se of all of Y,he right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, ''i'H�'HEFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood doe� hereby resolve, de�ermine and order as followsi
Section 1. That the City of Lyntivood shall convey to
the said Lynwood Woman's Club,
said property Y�ereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restriction3, r.e,ervations and eaeements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or grea.ter title to said lands than ha3 been acquired by .
said City,
Section 2, That upon payment to the City of. Lynwood of
I tne �um of Three Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�300.00)
the T�ayor of the City of L,ynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveya.nce of cer-
� ta?.ii 1a.nd hereinafter described, conveying the same as aUove
specified to Lynu.�ood Woman's Club,

on behalf of the said C1tY of Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and tq affix the City seA1 of the Cit,y of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynv!ood,
Section 3. Th�.t the M�yor nn3 City Clerk of sala Cit,y,
on b�half of sa.id C:ty, are hereby authorized to �ign any .
escrow agreement necess�ry to complete the transfer of said
lRnds,
Section 4. 'That the City Cle^k �f said City is author-
Szed to deliver sald deed to th� grantee thereln named on
beYk�.lf of the sald City of Lym��ood, as soon as, or upon oon-
dition that the said consideratfon shall have been paid to
said Git�.
