He it resolved by the City..Council of the City of Lyn-
v�ood, California,.as follows:
R'HEREAS, tne City Council of the City of Lynv+ood-hae
heretofore, on the 21st day of November �, 1944 ac--
cepted the offer of Charles A. Ruby and Minnie C. Ruby,
husband and wife as ,joint tenants,
for'the purchase of a11 of the right,,title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying withln
said City;
NOW, THE:REFORE, the:.City,-CounciF of the City oP Lyn-
wood doe3 hereby resolve, determine and or.der as fol3ows:
Section 1:: That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Charles A. Ruby a.nd Minnie C. Ruby, husband and
wife as ,foint tenants,
eaid property hereinafter described,.sub,Ject to oonditions,.
restriction�, reservationa and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to sAid purchaser no other
or greater titT`e to said land3 than has been acquired by
sald City,.
Section'2. That upon p�ayment to the Cit,y oE Lynwood.of..
the sum of Two Hundred Eighty and no/100 Dollars ($280.00)
the P�Rayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized<and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain ].and hereinafter deseribed,: conveySng the sAme aa above
specified to: Charles A. Ruby and Iviinnie C. Rub,y, husband
and wife as ,joint tenanta,

on beh�lf of the eaid City of Lynwood� and that the City
Clerk of ss�.id City is hereby authorized to attect said
aeea and to afPix the City seal of the Cit,y of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of Lynv�ood.•
5ection 3. That.the Ntayor �zn3 City Clerk of said Cit,y,
on behaif of sald City, are hereby authorized to sign any .
escrow agreement necessnry to completE the transfer of said
lands. �
Section 4. `i•h�t the City Clerk of said City is author-
ized to deliver said deed to th� grantee therein named, on�
beha.lf of the said Citv of Lyn��ood, as aoon as� or upon con-
@ition that the s�id concideration shall have been paid to
said Ci ty. .

Lot 1, Tract 921, as per map recorded in Book 18,
