Be it resol.ved hy the City Council of the City of Lyn-
- piood, California, as follows:
WHF:REAS� the City Council of the Gity of Lynwond hae
heretofore, on the 6th day of February , 194 5 ac-
cepted the offer of Earl M. Badger, a married man,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain Iands lying within,
said•City; , � . .
NOW, THF.REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
ivood does hereby resolve, dete.mine,and order as foliows:
5ection 1, That the City of Lynwood shall Convey to
the said Earl W. Padger, a married man,
said property hereinafter described, sUb,Ject to conditions,
restrictions, re�ervations and easements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater ti.tle to said lands than has been aoquired by .
said City,
Section 2, That upon p��yment to the City of Lyn��iood of
tYie sum of Eight Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�A00.�0)
the f�iayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and'directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter descrSbed, conveying the same a� above
specified to Earl W. Badger, a married man,
