• Se it resolved by the City Council of the City of� Lyn-
vroo3, California, as follows: . '
Vr�H�.REAS, tne City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 7th day of December 1943 ac-
cepted the offer of Leo E, Richardson
for the purchase•of all of Yhe right, title and interest of
the City of Lynv!ood in and to certain lands lying within ;
said City;
NOW, '�HF.REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-�
tivood does hereby resolve, determine and orde�' as follows;
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall conve« to
the said Leo E. Richardson

saSd property hereinafter deccr,ibed, sub,ject to conditions,
restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
I That the City shall eonvey to said purchaser no other
or greater titTe to said lands than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2� That upor� p�ayment to the City of Lynwood of
the sum of Seven Hundned Fifty and no/100 Dollars (�750.00)
the S,�ayor of the City of Lynwqod is her�eby auth-
orized and directed to exeeute a deed of conveyance of ce.r-
tain land hereinafter describe&, co,nveying the srzme a� aboue
specified to Leo E. RSchardaon,

on behalf of the �aid. C� ty of Lynwood, and tila.t th� Cit;y
Clerk of said City 9.c hereby authorize3 to attes� aa.id
deed and to affix the City seal of the City of Lynwc,od
� thereto, or. behalf of the said Cit,y of Lvn+uood.
Section 3. Th�t the Mayor and Cit,v Clerk of said Gi.t,y,
on b�half of s�_id City, are hereby authorized to �ign any
escrow a�?reement necessary to complete the transfer of said
lt�nd.s.
Section 4. Thpt the City Clerk nr aaid City is author.-
� ized to deliver said deed to the �rantee therein named, on
behalf of the said Cit,v of Lynv.�ood, as soon ns; or upon con-
dition *hat the said consideration shaTl have been paid to
said C:i. ty.
