RESOLU'I'ION SELLING CERTAIN REAL ESTA'PE
AND AUThpHIZING THE EXECUTION OF ,A DEF�ll

Be St resolved by the Clty Council of the City of Lyn-
�niood, California, as follows:
. PJHEREAS, tne City Council of the Cit,y of Lynvaood has
heretofore, on the l�th day of neav , 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Harvey Largent and Dovie F. Largent,
husband and wife as Joint tenants,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, `"i'FiE,REFORE, the City Council of the City of Lyn-
ivood.does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall conve�r to
the said Harvey Largent and Dovie F'. Largent, husb�nd and
vaife as ,joint tenants,
said property hereinafter described, sub,}ect to conditions,
restrictions, recervations and easements of record.

That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
or greater ti.tle to said land3 than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That.upon payment to the" Cit,y of Lyn4�rood of
the sum of Three Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�300.00)
the Mayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a dee& of conveyance of cer- '
. tain land hereinafter described, conveying the �ame a3 above
specified to Harvey Largent a.nd -Dovie F. Largent, husband and
�rrife as joint tenants,

: on behalf of'the sald City of Lynwood, and that the City
Gle.rk of said City i� hereby authorized to attest s�id
deed a.nd to afflx the City se�l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on behalf of the said City of�Lymr�ood.
Section 3. Th??.t the Mayor �nd City Clerk of said Cit,y,
on b�half of s�id City, are hereby aiathorized to sign any . r
_. escrow a�;reement necessa.ry to complete the tra,n�fer of said
la.nd�. ,
Section 4, `ttiat the City Clerk oi said City is �uthor-
ized to deliver eaid deed to the grantee therein named, on
