iHEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Lyn-
urood, California, as follows:
WHEHEAS, tne City Council of the City Lynwood has
heretofore, on the 16th day of , 7am�ar�r , 194� ac-
cepted the offer of Audley LYtal and Beth Lytal, husband
and wife as ,joint tenants,
for the purchase. of all of,the right, title and.i.nterest of
the City of Lynwood in and to certain,lands lying withln
said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Cit,y Council of the City of Ly.n-
tvood.does hereby resolve, dete:mine r�nd order as follows:
� Section l, That the City of Lynwood shall conveg to
� the said Audley Lytal and Beth Lytal, husband and wife ae
joint tenants,
said property hereinafter described, sub,Ject to conditions,
restriction�, re�ervations and easements of record.
That the City snall convey to s11d purchaser no othex
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
sald City,
Section 2, Thxt upon payment to the Cit,y of Lynti�iood of
the sum oP. Two Hundred Fifty and no/100_Dollars (�"250.00)
the Mayor of the City of. Ly muood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer=
tain land hereSnafter described, codveying the same a�.above
specified to Audley Lytal and Reth Lytal, hueband and U+ife
as jointtenants,

Clerk of said City is hereby avthorized"to at.test s�id

escrow agreement neee�sa.ry to complete the transfer of said
land�.

beha.lf of the sc�id City of Lynu�ood, as soon ae, or upon �on-
dition that the sGid consideration shall have heen paid to
