RESOLUTION SELLI,NG CERTAIN REAL -ESTA'YE
AND'AUTHORI'LING THE EXECUTIUN OF ,A DEEll
UPON PAYNIENT OF THE CON�IDERATION NAMED
THEREIN.
Be it resolved by the City CouncSl of the Gity of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
heretofore, on the _20th day of June _> 194 4 ac-
cepted the offer of Alberta Viola Pl�ack, a married womAn,
for the purchase of all of the right, title and interest of
the City of Lynwood.in and to certain lands lying within
said City;
NOW, THF:REFORE, tYie City Council of the City of Lyn-
wood does hereby 'resolve, dete:mine and order as follows:
SeCtion 15 That the Clty of Lynwood shall convey to
the said 9lberta Viola Mack, a r�arried woman,
said property hereinafter desoribed, sub,}ect to conditions,
� restrictions, reservations and easements of record:
That the.City shall convey to said purcha�er no other
or greater title to said lands than has been acquired by
said City,
Section 2. That upon payment to the City of Lynv�iood of
the sum of Four Hundred and no/100 Dollars (�400.00)
the Tdayor of the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute a deed of conveyance of cer-
tain land hereinafter described, conveying the same a� above
specified'to Alberta Viola ;��ck, a married woman,
