CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.2012-34
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM RICK PERRY
WHEREAS, Rick Perry of Peny's Towing in Long Lake, MN has generously offered to
donate $800 (the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the City's General Fund to be used for
crime prevention; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to Rick
Perry for his generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks Rick Perry.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Pederson
and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Crosby, Martinson, Pederson, Siitari, Weir
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
