Present: Commissioners 14T.S.Webb and Wm.d.Bauer
Town Attorney C.Y.Byrd
A regular meeting of the Town Commission was held this day.
It was reported to the meeting by Attorney C.Y.Byrd that the
( New Town Charter was passed by the Florida Legislature on
May 6,1943.
There was no petition filed by 10 oualified electors, renuest-
ing a referendum vote, therefore t1e New Charter Act became
effective on June 3'o 1943.
Motion was made and seconded, authorizing Town Clerk Bauer to
have a new up to date Map of the Tobin made.
Motion was made and seconded, authorizing Town Clerk Bauer to
have printed a Town Tax Roll.
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
the meeting adjourned.
