Be resolved by the City Councll of the City of Lyn-
wood, California, as follows:
, R`HEREAS, tne City Council of the Git,y of Lynwood'has
here�ofore, on the ?nd_ day of SPnTPmbPr , 194�, ac-
cepted the offer of Lynn T. Doerr and Eileen b?. Doerr,
husband and wife as .joint tenants, .
for the purchase of all of the right, title and.interest of
the City of Lynvaood in and to certain lands lying within
Sa1d C1ty,
NOW, `'i'HF:REFORE, the. City Council , of the City of Lyn-
�vood does hereby resolve, dete:mine and order as Sollows:
Section 1. That the City of Lynwood shall convey to
the said Lynn T. Doerr and Eileen P�.4. Doerr, husband and
wife as ,joint tenpnts,
eaid property hereinafter de4cribed, sub3ect to eonditions,
restrictions, recervations and ea.sements of record.
That the City shall convey to said purchaser no other
- or greater title to sald land� than has been acquired by
said City.
Section 2. That upon payment to the Cit,y of Lynro�iood of
the sum of Three Hundred Ten and nof100 Dollars (�"310.00)
the Prlayor of .the City of Lynwood is hereby auth-
orized and directed to execute.e deed of conveya.nce of cer-
tain land hereinafter deseribed, conveying the sAme ac above
specif'ied to Lynn T. Doerr and Eileen ;�. Doerr, husband and
arife as joint tenants,

on be.half of the said City o� Lynwood, and that the City
Clerk of said City is hereby authorized to attest said
deed and to affix the City se�l of the City of Lynwood
thereto, on beh2lf of the 'said City of Lynv:rood.
Section 3. 'i'ha.t the Mayor and City Clerk of said Ci�,y,
on behalf of saicl City, are hereby authorized to si^n any .
escrow agreement necesa.ary to complete the transfer of sai�3
landc.
Sectlon 4. `�'hat the City Clerk oi s�id City is author-
Szed to deliver eaid deed to thr� grantee thereln named, on
beh�alf of the said City of Lyn��!ood, as soon as, or upon con-
dition that tlie said consider�tion sha31 have been paid to
sai�Z Ci ty.
