L. Byram, Tax Collector of Los ,Angeles County of Los Angeles, CalifCrnia. • _4_ SECTIOTI 5: Be it further F.esolved that the City Clerk shall certif y to the adoption of this Resolution, and cause four (4) certified copies thereof to be mailed to Hon.
