_ 'NHEREAS, The City Engineer of the City of Lynwood,

did on the 5th day of June, 1945„ file with the'City
Clerk as ordered by Resolution Rro.' 1810 of the C3ty Council
of the City of Lynwood, adopted May 15, 1945, a report relating'
to the service neces3ary to maintain and illuminate by means
of electric energy the suspended electric street l�mps of 250
, ' and 600 candle power and the 250 candle power located on orna-'
: mental st�ndards in certain streets in the City of Lvnwood, said
w'ritten report presenting the follovring;
1. Plans and Specificutiona for tne prono�ed improvement,
2. An eetimate of the cost of said ifiprovement for a
period beginning July 1, 1944 and endin� June 30, 1945.
3. A diagram showing ihe assessmer_t district and also
� the boundaries and dimensions of the respective and
' sub-dlvis�ons of land within said district, eaeh of
said sub-divisions being �iven a aeparate number on ,
� said diagram.
4. A proposed assessment oP tYie total amount of the
costs and expenaes of the proposed improvements up-
on the several subdiviaions of land in said. dis-
trict in proportion to the estimated benePita to
� he received by said sub-divis±ons. Said assess-
ment sna1T refer to such aub-divisions,upon said
diagram by the reapective number tY!ereon,.and it
shall show the names of the owners, if known other-
. wise desi�nating them as unkno�n.
NOW, THER�FORE, BE IT RESOLq� by the City Council of �
the City of Lynwood that said ^eport, unmodified, is hereby

approved and ad.opted as a whole as the report for all subse-
quent �roceedings had hereunder.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day June, 1945.
