Be it resolved. by the City Council of the City of
Lynvrood as follows:
�SEGTION 1. T11at the public interest and convenience
require and it is the intention.of the City Council of the City
of Ly mrt�ood to order the f�rnishin� of for a period commenong
July 1, 1945, and end_ing June 30, 1946, the service necessary to
maintain and illumina.te b„y means of electrical energy the sus-
�' pended electric street •la.mps of 250 and 600 canc�_le pov;er and 250
cand.le pov�er lamps on ornamental standards in certain streets in
the Cit,y of Lynwood. witY�in the district described in Section 2
hereof a_nd to be knou�n as Lighting Niaintenance District No, 14
of the City of Lvnwood, in a.ecordance with plans a:nd specifica.tlons
therefor, to be prepared, furnished. and filed.rvitt: the City Clerk
