BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lynwood
as fo�lou.�s:
SECTIOPI 1: That in accordance vrith that certa.in act of
the Legislature of the State of California designated "An Act to
provide for the It2aintenance by P�iunicipalities of Lighting Systems
along Public Streets, alleys and other ptiblic »laces for the Lighting
thereof by electric curx•ent gas or other illuninating agent; and for
the assessment of costs and expense thereof upon the property benefited
and the rnanner of collection, said assessments commonly known as the
°Street Lighting Act of 1919°, approved Ifiay 16, 1919, and amendmexlts
thereto, the Cit�r Council does hereby fix Tueeday, the 3rd day of
July, 1945, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.AR. in the Cot;ncil Chamber�
of said City Courral in the City Hall, 11331 Plaza Street, in the City
of Lyncrood, as the time and place for hearing any and a11 protests in
relation to said. proposed improvement,
SECTION 2; Tha.t the City Clerk of the City of Lynwood ie
hereb,y directed to give notice cf sa.id hearing in th.e time, form and
manner reqt:ired by laia, a.nd to publish notice of sa.id hearing in'the
Lynwood Press, a weekly ner!�spaper published and circula.ted in said City,
